Is this a BIOS password or a Windows password?

A BIOS password appears before Windows starts or when you open settings with F2. A Windows password and an HDD/SSD password are different protections.

Will Windows and files be erased?

Recovering System/Admin BIOS access does not delete Windows or user files by itself. An HDD/SSD password needs a separate check.

What are the System Number and suffix?

System Number is the code on the Dell password screen, for example ABCDEFG-1D3B. It is not the Service Tag on the laptop sticker. The last 4 characters after the dash are the suffix: 1D3B.

What if my suffix is not in the list?

Do not choose a different option. Open Telegram and ask whether we can help before you pay.

When do I see the price?

Enter the complete System Number to see the exact one-time price before you pay. There is no subscription.

How do I get the password and instructions?

Telegram delivers the password automatically immediately after payment. Card / PayPal orders are checked manually; the PDF is then sent to the email entered on this site.

Who processes card payments?

Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. NEXX GSM does not store card details.

Can I order for a company laptop?

Yes. The person or company responsible for the device can place the order. For a managed laptop, contact your IT administrator first.

Is NEXX GSM a Dell service?

NEXX GSM is an independent workshop and is not a Dell division.
