How it works
- Message us on WhatsApp with the model and symptoms (or bring the device in).
- We check what can be tested quickly and what needs opening / measurements.
- We explain findings, options and an estimate — you decide whether to continue.
What we check most often
- Phones: screen / touch, battery, charging port, liquid damage, boot / software
- Laptop / MacBook: power, display, keyboard, SSD, thermals, system
- Tablets and consoles — on request, by model
When the device must come to the workshop
Some issues can be discussed first on WhatsApp. For full diagnostics — especially after liquid or when the device will not power on — we need to see it at Calea Șerban Vodă 43, Sector 4.

How much does diagnostics cost?
In-depth diagnostics start from ~60 RON. If the repair stays with us, the fee is deducted from the repair cost; we confirm the terms before inspection.
Do I need to bring the device in?
For full diagnostics — especially after liquid or when it will not power on — yes. Some cases can be discussed first on WhatsApp.
How long does diagnostics take?
Depends on symptom and model. After inspection we explain findings, options and an estimate.
NEXX GSM is an independent multibrand workshop. Not OEM-authorized. Workmanship warranty usually 3–12 months.
