How does the Dell BIOS password generator work?
The Dell BIOS master password generator uses the full code from your password screen. Availability depends on that code; there is no universal password for every Dell.
Which BIOS password is covered?
The service covers supported Dell Admin passwords that block access to BIOS settings. It does not cover Windows, drive, BitLocker, System or power-on passwords.
Do you access my laptop or files?
No. This is an online code-based service. We do not connect to your laptop, open files or request encryption keys.
Can I order for a work or customer device?
Yes, if you own the device or have permission from the person or organisation authorised to approve the work. Repair businesses should keep their customer's authorisation.
Is my code supported?
Enter the complete code from the Dell password screen. The checker confirms availability and shows the exact price. A matching suffix alone does not guarantee support.
When will I receive it?
After payment is confirmed. The delivery deadline is stated in the BIOS Service Terms.
What if it does not work?
Reply to your order email with the order number and what you see on screen. We will recheck the code and instructions, then correct the result or apply the refund terms when appropriate.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Your consumer rights remain protected. The exact withdrawal and refund rules are shown before checkout in the BIOS Service Terms, including what applies after you request immediate service.
