If Windows starts and the password is asked only when you open settings: shut down, turn on, and tap F2 several times (Dell). The same password screen opens. System Number is on that screen, not inside the BIOS menu.

Which BIOS password is covered?
The service covers supported Dell Admin passwords that block access to BIOS settings. It does not cover Windows, drive, BitLocker, System or power-on passwords.
Do you access my laptop or files?
No. This is an online code-based service. We do not connect to your laptop, open files or request encryption keys.
When will I receive it?
Immediately after payment is confirmed.
What if it does not work?

Where to find the full BIOS code
- Read the System Number on the Dell Admin password screen, sometimes headed Dell Security Manager. Use the screen rather than only the Service Tag sticker.
- For example,
XXXXXXX-CF1Bhas two parts: enterXXXXXXXin the code field and chooseCF1Bas the suffix. Do not add the ending twice. - If the code is missing or unreadable, send support a photo of the password screen before ordering. Send the screen photo on WhatsApp.
A Windows sign-in, BitLocker recovery key or HDD password is a different request. Compare the password screens.
