1. Quick checks
- Leave 20–30 min on a good charger — a fully flat battery looks “dead”.

- Android: hold Power 15–30 sec or Power + Volume Down.
- Listen for vibration / ring on test call — black screen but response = maybe display only.
- If it gets very hot on cable — stop and don't keep rebooting.
2. When it's battery, screen, board or software
- Flat / degraded battery: nothing, no vibration — long charge or battery.
